Appointment & payment policies.

Booking deposit

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm an appointment. The deposit is applied toward the scheduled service unless otherwise stated. An appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit is received.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and an additional deposit requirement before a future appointment can be confirmed.

Late arrivals

We provide a 15-minute grace period. Arriving later may require us to shorten, adjust, or reschedule your service to avoid affecting the next patient. A late arrival that cannot be accommodated may be treated as a late cancellation.

No-shows

• After a first no-show, a deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled service price may be required to rebook.
• After a second no-show, full prepayment may be required, and future booking remains subject to injector approval.

Payment methods and fees

Payment is due on the day of service. A 3% convenience fee applies to card payments. Cash, Apple Pay, and Venmo are accepted without that convenience fee.

Financing

Eligible patients may apply for payment plans through Cherry, Affirm, Afterpay, or Klarna. Approval, available amounts, rates, fees, and repayment terms are determined by the financing provider. Cherry transactions incur an 8% surcharge.

Services and refunds

Payment for a service is non-refundable once the service has been performed, except where required by law. Aesthetic results vary, and no specific result can be guaranteed. If you have a concern after treatment, contact us promptly so we can assess the situation and discuss appropriate next steps.

Clinical suitability

Booking does not guarantee treatment. Your provider may recommend a different plan, postpone treatment, or decline to treat if a service is not medically appropriate or if required consent, history, or safety information is incomplete.
